Documentation of CE Credit

To receive CE credit, a passing score of 75% or better is required. You are allowed multiple attempts to successfully complete the examination. Examinations for each course will average 6 to 8 questions per hour of instructional time.  Exceptions to this include courses that require learners to pass 100% of multiple choice evaluation questions at the end of each learning module in order to progress onto the next module, but in these instances, learners will have the opportunity to correct erroneous answers after reviewing relevant course content.

A certificate documenting CE credit will automatically be available upon successful course completion.

Documentation of CE credit is based on the date the exam is completed. The completion date cannot be changed.

Course Deadlines

All video on-demand courses have a specified access period. You will have access to view and complete your course for 12 months from the time of your purchase.

Courses will only be available for CE credit once.  Learners are permitted to take a course in subsequent years as a refresher; however, CE credit will not be granted for the same course twice.
